This power smoothie is great to give you a mid- morning boost or as a recovery after a hard work-out.  Loaded with potassium, protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B-12 and omega-3s this tasty smoothy will get you going and help you feel satisfied!

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on smoothie setting or on high until completely blended.
  3. Enjoy immediately with paper straw!
