Pumpkin Banana Power Smoothie
This power smoothie is great to give you a mid- morning boost or as a recovery after a hard work-out. Loaded with potassium, protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B-12 and omega-3s this tasty smoothy will get you going and help you feel satisfied!
INGREDIENTS
- 7 ice cubes
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
PREPARATION
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Blend on smoothie setting or on high until completely blended.
- Enjoy immediately with paper straw!
