It isn’t a real celebration without bubbly! But, who knew that there were so may delicious versions of sparkling wine! This month we will discuss and discover bubbly of the world and how to best spend your money when selecting the best bottle for occasions. We will taste and compare wine styles that you know (Proscecco, Cava, Sparkling, Champagne, etc) and some you may be discovering for the first time (Franciacorta, Cuvee Method Traditional, Blanc de Noir, Grand Cru, etc). We will pop the corks and enjoy a wonderful evening of tasting and learning! You will be guided by an ISG Certified Wine Expert about regions, grapes, tasting notes, and tips for ordering from a menu or shopping for delicious wines within your budget. Light snacks will be served. You must be 21 years old to attend this event.
